Monique Chandler Waterman is a New York State assembly member, public servant, mother, wife, educator, healthcare worker, chaplain and community advocate. As a daughter of Jamaican and Bajan immigrants, she has always recognized the needs of the community and in turn continues to work tirelessly for families across New York State.
