NYC Council fights to keep public litter basket service from ending up in the trash

Tiffany is a staunch grassroots community activist who has worn multiple hats including co-chair of the Criminal Justice Reform Committee of the League of Women Voters, small business owner, Community Board 9 and Met Council on Housing board member.
As someone who experienced the 80s/90s de facto segregation of Brooklyn public schools (K-12th); attended top universities for undergrad and grad schools; worked abroad for a decade including 6.5 years teaching experience, Tiffany brings a unique understanding of public education and how to improve NYC’s curriculum not only to make it more equitable, but also prepare students for the real world.
