Jennifer Gutiérrez (D)

(Incumbent)

Candidate Site

Jennifer Gutiérrez represents Bushwick, Williamsburg in Brooklyn and Ridgewood in Queens in the NYC Council, where she champions universal child care, maternal health, small business protections, technology access and equity and affordability. Previously chief of staff in the district, Jennifer brings over a decade of public service experience, ensuring progressive, community-driven policies. She serves as chair of the Committee on Technology and is the vice co-chair of the Progressive Caucus. She remains committed to expanding opportunities, protecting workers, and making city government more transparent and accessible to all New Yorkers.
