Robert Carroll is an attorney and president of the Central Brooklyn Independent Democrats. Born and raised in Windsor Terrace and Kensington, Carroll is a Community Board 7 member and is involved in many civic organizations. He is also a playwright, and his first produced play, The Believers, received critical acclaim.
