On Thursday, April 2, Council Member Phil Wong announced a strongly recorded first quarter since taking the helm of District 30 this year, marked by full participation in New York City Council proceedings, a growing legislative portfolio and a constituent services operation consistently serving the needs of residents.
Wong, who succeeded former Council Member Robert Holden, upheld a “100% attendance, participating in 34 hearings and meetings across the full Council and multiple committees, including Finance, Transportation, Public Safety, and Education” from January 1 through March 31, according to a press release.
