Nassau County Legislator Olena Nicks (D–Uniondale) and the Social Action Ministry of Freeport-based Zion Cathedral partnered with the Nassau County Legislature’s Democratic Minority caucus to host a Kwanzaa celebration at Roosevelt Field Mall on Wednesday, Dec. 31.
