I am Jean-Baptiste Carelus — a proud husband, father of three, first-generation Haitian-American, and a longtime resident of the Town of Hempstead. After graduating fromHempstead High School in 1987, I have spent my life giving back to the community.
With 20 years of experience in financial services and a Master’s in economics, I currently work as a senior collateralized loan obligation analyst with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. I also founded my own consulting firm that provides expert witness and strategic support in complex financial litigation.
