Elaine Phillips is the first in her family to attend college, graduating from Penn State before earning an MBA in finance and launching a successful career on Wall Street with major financial institutions like Goldman Sachs.
She brought that private-sector mindset of accountability and results to public service, serving as a State Senator and the first woman elected Mayor of Flower Hill before becoming Nassau County Comptroller in 2021.
