Virginia Maloney, daughter of ex-Rep. Carolyn Maloney, launches bid for East Side City Council seat

By Ethan Stark-Miller Posted on November 18, 2024

Powers’ 4th District seat covers large swaths of Manhattan’s East Side, including Stuyvesant Town-Peter Cooper Village, Midtown East, and part of the Upper East Side.
