Mayor looks to hire chief rat-catcher to e-rat-icate city rodents

The Mayor’s office is looking to hire their very own pied piper in order to help rid the city of wild rodents running amok in the muck.

Mayor Eric Adams has declared a war on rats in recent weeks through new legislation that looks to starve the vermin out by drastically reducing the amount of time trash sits on the sidewalk, as well as working to reduce the pests in problem areas such as construction sites–all in an effort to make the Big Apple squeaky clean. Now the mayor is looking to enlist his very own rat Czar, according to a job posting by city hall.
