Earlier today, House Democratic Caucus Chairman Hakeem Jeffries (D-Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Bed-Stuy, Brownsville, East New York, Canarsie, Mill Basin, Coney Island, parts of Queens) spoke at a hearing of the House Committee on the Judiciary on the history of racism surrounding marijuana laws and the desperate need for reform.
