Vinnie (The Brawler) Gentile, the Democratic underdog challenger to Republican Danny (The Gentleman) Donovan in the 11th Congressional District special election race, didn’t produce a knockout blow in the NY1 debate, but he clearly wobbled Donovan with one question: Do you know what is the federal minimum wage?
