Ms. Nasser-Cuéllar is a solo practitioner who focuses in the areas of criminal defense and matrimonial law. Ms. Nasser-Cuéllar serves as a judicial hearing officer for the Office of Administrative Trials & Hearings. Ms. Nasser-Cuéllar serves as an impartial hearing officer for the New York State Department of Education, where she adjudicates claims arising under the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act.

Ms. Nasser-Cuéllar has been a member of the Queens County Women’s Bar Association, Queens County Bar Association, (QCBA) and Latino Lawyers Association of Queens County. She is also a member of the Attorney Grievance Committee for the QCBA.
